Why are deleted files no longer displayed in the recycle bin while a CmDongle is plugged in?

This is a known problem of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008R2. It is a general problem that occurrs depending on the configuration of an attached USB drive. It affects not only CodeMeter devices. This issue is recorded as KB2677246. A hotfix can be downloaded on request.
Unfortunately, this hotfix is currently not available via Windows Automatic Update.
