These automatically created logfiles should be sent to support(at)wibu.com. Please proceed as follows:
Open Windows Explorer.
Type in %temp% in the upper search bar. The directory %\Users%\...\AppData\Local\Temp opens.
Find the log files. [application name]_v[versionnumber incl. build]_[Installation ID].log and/or [application name]_v[version number incl. build]_[Installation IDn]_[Name of Module to be installed].log. Note: If MSI logging is activated in the registry, then an arbitrary name for the MSI installation module logfile is created.
