At a time when everybody wonders about the implications of the Industrie 4.0 and is searching for advice on technological solutions and best practices that can be rapidly and effectively implemented, this event provides concrete answers. Oliver Winzenried, CEO and founder of Wibu-Systems, will take part in the panel discussion “Industrie 4.0 in the Medical Industry – Challenges and Opportunities”, 12.15-13.00, together with Mario Bott from the Fraunhofer Institute, Dr. Arthur Kaindl from Siemens Healthcare, Dr. Markus Pfeil from TWT Science and Innovation, and Michael Schrack from Schrack & Partners. As a member of the board of directors of the VDMA Medical Technology working group, member of the board of directors of bitkom, member of the managing board of the Research Center at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and active contributor in the Trusted Computing Group and the Industrial Internet Consortium, Mr Winzenried is qualified to bring the conversation to a new level. His insights will prove visionary and realistic at the same time in defining the most appropriate architectures and security frameworks for the new industrial age.
