Oliver Winzenried

mede-oprichter en CEO van WIBU-SYSTEMS AG in Duitsland

In 1987 behaalde Oliver Winzenried zijn master-diploma in elektrotechniek (Diplom-Ingenieur Elektrotechnik) bij de Universiteit van Karlsruhe, een van Duitsland's drie elite-universiteiten. Hij heeft uitgebreide kennis van het ontwikkelen van ASIC's, PC-hardware en communicatie-interfaces. Vrij snel na het afstuderen richtte hij samen met Marcellus Buchheit Wibu-Systems op. Zijn sterke leidinggevende kwaliteiten maakten dat zijn bedrijf een sterke groei, stabiliteit en winstgevendheid heeft gekend van de oprichting in 1989 tot nu.

Hij is een actief bestuurslid van Bitkom (www.bitkom.org) en werkt bij de Association Board van de FZI (www.fzi.de), het befaamde Research Center for Information Technologies. Hij is ook lid van verschillende organisaties die nadenken over  de nieuwe computer standaarden en neemt deel aan internationale R & D-projecten. 

Marcellus Buchheit

Marcellus Buchheit behaalde zijn master in computer wetenschappen (Diplom Informatiker Computer Science) aan de Universiteit van Karlsruhe in 1989. Marcellus Buchheit kent de basisprincipes voor professionele software ontwikkeling van binnen en buiten. Hij heeft ook een grondige kennis van encryptie-technologie, internet-standaarden, hardware en Windows ontwikkelingen (hij is de auteur van een voormalig standaard naslagwerk op dit gebied). Als regionaal directeur bij Microsoft analyseerde hij de PC software trends en internet trends tussen 1996 en 2004. 

Thomas Oberle

Member of the Management Board of WIBU-SYSTEMS AG, Germany

Thomas Oberle holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Karlsruhe. He began his professional career as a hardware and embedded software developer for industrial fieldbus systems, machine controls, and operating devices.

After completing his postgraduate studies in industrial engineering at the Kaderschule St. Gallen (CH), he moved into management consulting. Working initially as a process consultant for innovation management, product development, and project management initiatives, he then became a senior consultant for production, purchasing, and supply chain management endeavors. As project manager for the implementation of SAP ERP systems, he gained profound knowledge of common best-practice business processes in manufacturing.

At WIBU-SYSTEMS AG, he is a member of the management team, responsible for organizational development, process optimization, and the use of methods and tools, as well as for program and product portfolio management.

Dola Zou

COO and Sales Director of WIBU-SYSTEMS (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

After graduating at the University of Post and Telecommunication in Beijing with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Engineering, Dola gained a total of nine years of experience in software protection and licensing before joining WIBU-SYSTEMS (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., as COO and Sales Director in March 2009.

Dola Zou is responsible for expanding the market share of Wibu-Systems software protection portfolio in the Greater China Region and contributing to increasing awareness concerning the company’s core strengths in embedded systems protection throughout China’s manufacturing controls industry.
 

Tadashi Shiraki

Country Manager, WIBU-SYSTEMS K.K.

After earning his degree in mechanical engineering at Doshisha University in Kyoto, Tadashi has served in software sales and marketing positions at HP, Agilent Technologies, and MathWorks, for 28 years. He has helped customers succeed in model-based design and computational analytics/algorithm software design in various industries including automotive, robotics, communication systems, and semiconductor design, where security and safety integrity requirements such as ISO26262 and IEC61508 are increasing.

As Country Manager for WIBU-SYSTEMS K.K., Tadashi is now responsible for sales, support, and marketing in Japan. His main focus is contributing to the success of customers implementing secure protection and licensing mechanisms to achieve higher software monetizations goals.

Marcel Hartgerink

Algemeen directeur van WIBU-SYSTEMS NV, WIBU-SYSTEMS BV, WIBU-SYSTEMS LTD, WIBU-SYSTEMS SARL

Marcel Hartgerink studeerde elektronica aan de Saxion Hogeschool in Enschede en ontwikkelde zijn eerste software-beveiligingssysteem voor Atari ST-computers in 1988. Hij werd later betrokken bij biometrische authenticatie systemen voor grote bedrijven. In aanvulling op zijn technische achtergrond is Marcel ook een expert in de marketing van innovatieve oplossingen.

Hij is momenteel algemeen directeur van WIBU-SYSTEMS NV, WIBU-SYSTEMS BV, WIBU-SYSTEMS LTD en WIBU-SYSTEMS SARL en verantwoordelijk voor de marketing, verkoop, distributie en support in Nederland, België, Luxemburg, Frankrijk, Spanje, Portugal, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Ierland.
